Circular
Play on four concentric rings divided into sixteen sectors. The in-app Rules screen explains this board’s exact rules.
Standard
Choose the familiar chessboard for computer practice or a game with someone beside you.
Cylinder
Explore attacks across joined board edges. Use the Rules screen for the details of this variant.
King of the Hill
Race your king toward the center. Check the variant’s Rules before your first game.
Practice, or pass the phone.
Choose computer practice as White or Black, and set the difficulty before starting. The computer has five unrated practice levels; small movements within one level do not change its strength. For a game together, choose two players and take turns on the same device.
Legal-move highlights, Undo, board rotation and move history are available. Each style keeps its own saved game on your device.
